Tendering Process to the Customers

Commercial assistance to the Business Development Director: Meet the customers in order to define their needs;

Produce the offer to the customer: Monitor and control the whole of conception design of building with the design team in-house and prepare the technical documentation, including: the price estimation, technical specification, project time schedule…

Introduce the Technical and Commercial Proposal to the client and answer potential questions and improvement required.

Take part in the contract negotiation process and contract signature with the Customer.

Design stage /Budget Control

Design management: Manage the in-house Design Team and the design activities of the Local Design Institute. Make sure that all Preliminary and Detailed Design, the technical specifications are in line with the client requirements;

Make sure that the Design is developed in the frame of the contractual budget agreed with the client.

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above, graduated in civil or Architecture

8 years plus Project Management experiences in foreign or domestic companies

Minimum of 2-3 years in Cost Estimation and Pricing of the project on civil engineering, steel, structural reinforcement, and have professional experience about quantity survey field

Good in spoken and written English

Proactive, have highly teamwork idea, independent and be good at communication and reporting

Significant working experience in China (at least 5 years), in the same industry
