职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure IT solutions satisfy business requirements;
-Identifies opportunities for platform improvement and provide innovative suggestions for change;
-Capture and analyze user requirements, formulate design & documentation of functional specifications, and provide operational/technical recommendations on implementations;
-Conduct product and marketing research to support and strengthen product design concepts;
-Prepare demo/mockup to elaborate ideas to present user requirements;
-Working closely with regional IT development team and software house to manage requirement preparation and system enhancement deployment;
-Assist in KEY clients project rollout and on-going support;
-Provide internal and external user training through documentation and training sessions.
Requirements:
-Solid experience in product design, development, implementation, execution of web technologies;
-Solid Experience in Project Management, Good Presentation Skills;
-Preferred with e-Commerce / e-Procurement experience;
-Have innovative mindset;
-Good knowledge in SDLC processes and procedures;
-Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work in a mission-driven environment and customer-focused problem solver;
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
