Responsibilities：

-Make final judgement for any arguments on inspection results, defect classification, and so on professional related queries ;

-Provide quick and accurate response by arranging engineer from cross port or area for on site verification for those inspection jobs with having arguments or potential complaints if required;

-Comment on reply version by working with business line CS or account manager;

-Work with CS manager or account manager for new client program setup by focusing on workflow, WI, training, calibration, launch;

-Standardization on workflow, procedure, pre-shipment inspection report(PIR), Work instruction(WI), checlist, Job preparation(JP), special instruction(SI) etc;

-Generally by techinicalexpert handles the related works for the assigned clients which include WI/checklist/IR writing, order review, quotation, training etc.or some works can be all centralized to some technical experts e.g. report review, report revise, MAT, UAT etc..;

-Work with other technical experts to align workflow, procedure, training, and other requirements if required;

-Perform any job-related assignments as required.

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree holder or above in an engineering or science discipline;

-At least 10 years’ related experience in inspection field with 5 years in managerial level;

-Analytical ability and problem solving;

-Proficient in writing SOP documents etc.;

-Strong people management acumen;

-Independent and self-determined;

-Familiar with quality management system in ISO17020 or ISO9000;

-Team building and excellent leadership;

-Task assignment and delegation;

-Knowledge of computer application in relevant software;

-Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;

-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
