Responsibilities:

-Deliver Well Control courses ranging from introductory to advanced level;

-Review course evaluations;

-Coordinate and prepare materials for class presentation;

-Contribute to the instructional design and development of new courses;

-Develop and conduct programs to meet the learning objectives of clients;

-Help customize manuals and handouts to client’s specifications;

-Work with Other Instructors;

-Assist instructors with class challenges;

-Conduct training sessions to implement new material and procedures;

-Communicate with instructors on all appropriate business;

-Attend conferences, committees and meetings as needed;

-Maintain required qualifications for teaching IWCF and IADC will control classes;

-Maintain expertise in subject areas and recommend improvements in curriculum design;

-Undertake personal professional development to improve quality and performance of course deliver;

Requirement:

-Minimum of 5 years Driller-level or above experience or Engineering degree with related field experience;

-Dedicated and hard-working;

-Speak, read and write Mandarin; English language fluency highly desirable;

-Ability to travel both domestically and internationally;

-Skilled in practical applications of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point;

-Qualified and certified for teaching IWCF and IADC Well Control classes;

-5年司钻或钻井监督的工作经验，石油院校本科以上学历，石油工程或相关专业;

-良好的英文听说读写能力;

-能经常在国内或国际出差;

-熟悉Microsoft WORD，OUTLOOK，PPT，EXCEL等软件;

-有培训师的经验，良好的口头表达能力;

-最好曾参加过IADC或IWCF井控培训.
