Responsibilities:
P&C Business Transformation Impl Distribution Lead
Oversee design of end-to-end claims process based on industry best practices and client requirement
Lead client presentations and workshops to discuss claims process
Contribute to claims system implementation requirement and design
Supervise and manage a project team
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in Claims
Minimum 5 years of business process architecture re-engineering
Minimum 2 years of project management experience
Solid understanding of P&C Insurance, able to discuss with clients comfortably
Fluency in English
