Summary of the position
The dedicated Corporate Account Manager (CAM) team will maximize every corporate sales opportunity to its fullest potential. The primary objective is to acquire new business from as many companies as possible; the corporate sales team will represent Berlitz in a responsive manner, with integrity, to both our internal and external customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
Maximize outside sales development through proactive activities:
Central corporate contacts are to be generated via
Enrolled Berlitz students
Berlitz alumni
Both active and inactive accounts
"Targeted prospecting" activities to MNCs, SOE companies, and domestic private companies etc. who are new to Berlitz
Maximize inside sales through leads generated from within the language center:
Corporate phone inquiries
Corporate internet inquiries
Conduct corporate appointments to central corporate contacts, such as HR and Training & Development, to present Berlitz.
To both central contacts, as well as corporate end user prospects, the corporate sales team must be able to present the various training solutions
Provide prospective clients and contacts with program proposals and other follow up information as needed.
Develop solid working relationships with all area Language Center (LC) directors to facilitate better delivery and sales opportunities.
Active involvement in different kinds of marketing events to support Berlitz marketing colleagues to promote Berlitz in the market.
Complete sales reports to track and account for all sales activities, including calls, outside appointments, corporate prospect end user interviews, sales, companies and contacts

Job Qualification
Education: Bachelor degree or above or equivalent experience required
Experience:
Minimum 5 years working experiences in total
Minimum 2 -3 Years Sales experience
B to B selling experiences is a must
Selling experiences in HR consulting industry is preferred
