Responsibility: This requires outstanding communications, collaboration and systems-development skills to successfully implement projects on time and on budget. Develop, test, debug, and support web-based applications. Plan, develop, and ensure performance, integrity, and security of the web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop, delivery, and maintain of assigned module/components /phases of the web-based application.
? Develop and execute effective test plans to ensure quality and stability.
? Work with various internal organizations to address requirements, usability, accessibility, security, and change requests to ensure website functionality. Identifies issues and recommends solutions.
? Work with the ongoing support teams as needed to resolve critical production defects.
? Support the implementation of packaged software, which may include installation, environment setup and control, capacity and performance planning and management as it relates to integration architectures and environments
Requirement, Skills and Competencies:
? Undergraduate university degree or above in computer related field.
? 3+ years' of solid hands-on development experience.
? 3+ years' experience of Microsoft technology is required, including: ASP.NET, C#, MSSQL server, Silverlight.
? 2+ years' experience working with relational databases is required.
? Ability to analyze needs and product requirements to create a design.
? Ability to develop procedural documentation.
? Ability to solve complex problems.
? Ability to work under pressure, to meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously
? Excellent Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills a must have.
? Must work effectively with all management levels and staff affiliates.
? Competency in English, written and oral
