Responsibilities:

- 负责贝立兹网络产品的销售与客户服务；

- 主动搜索新的客户和业务机会，可以通过电话，邮件以及网络进行销售机会的开发；

- 负责接待客户的电话咨询、网络咨询以及邮件咨询；

- 对于现有客户进行客户服务与维护；

- 负责现有贝立兹渠道供应商的维护与支持；

- 通过连续地与客户和学员跟踪来提高客户满意度；

- 完成产品经理交待的其他事务性工作



Qualification:

- 大专以上学历，至少2年以上相关行业工作经验；

- 具有较好的英语听、说、读、写能力；

- 具有较强的沟通能力以及谈判技巧；

- 具有较强的电话销售技巧，客户服务意识和团队合作精神；

- 有培训行业电话销售经验者优先
