Key Responsibilities
Support the design, build and test of the In Country showcase;
Lead the in-life business operations of the showcase and associated remote demonstration capabilities;
Develop a programme of customer visits through the showcase in order to maximise the benefits of the capability and drive pipeline through up-sell/cross sell;
Own the customer experience by working with sales and marketing teams to ensure any events in the showcases maximise customer satisfaction and positive perception of company;
Own the in country showcase demonstration capability scorecard including key metrics ie customer satisfaction, utilisation, financial, pipeline and won revenue;
Manage communications and awareness programme of the demonstration capability to maximise its exploitation;
Manage the relationship with key in country stakeholders pan-company, to ensure that the showcase meets customer requirements and to develop the showcase content to become industry specific and align to business plans;
Responsibility for the design implementation, development and maintenance of the Showcase network management and qualify requests for remote and out-of-country connectivity into existing the showcase infrastructure
Develop relationships with MNC customers, understand their objectives and apply best practice to meet customer requirements and exceed their expectations;
Qualify appointments and events to ensure that the demonstration capability is optimised;
Validate that test scripts are fit-for-purpose and current; liaise with sales specialists to assure that demonstration capabilities meet customer requirements;Manage the individual showcase budget e.g. T&S, infrastructure, technology, marketing, communications;
Manage the configuration of the showcase to meet the requirements of MNC customers and specific tailored customer demos;
Act as the single point of contact for all showcase service support matters eg. fault diagnosis, repair and maintenance;
Manage the vendor relationships that support the showcase and remote demonstration capabilities (suppliers and field repairs);
Manage the routine functionality of demonstration capability and its refresh;
Assure the continuous development of the showcase in line with the central model and associated remote demonstration capabilities.
Business Impact
Strategic impact through the establishment and maintenance of company’s market position and professional reputation;
Direct engagement with existing and new MNC customers will directly influence buying decisions.

Educated to degree level or with commensurate practical experience.
Skills/Experience
Essential
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to generate and sustain highly effective professional relationships.
Self-motivated, able to inspire confidence and generate a unifying purpose.
Extensive experience in the marketing/sales industry, preferably within Marketing programmes /Event Management
Strong commercial acumen, financial skills, analytical skills and creativity are critical, with the capability to engage at a senior level within and outside the company,
Understanding of the full breadth and depth of the LOB marketing strategy, and a detailed understanding of the convergence marketing mix, including brand;
Understanding of markets, technology and business drivers, with a clear understanding of stakeholder requirements;
Excellent programme management skills;
Definition, development, implementation and delivery of user and technical demonstrations
Strong supplier/ agency management skills.
Desirable
Practical experience of hardware and software development;
Good working knowledge of information, communication and technology industry standards.
