职位描述

Job Discription：

1、Collect the salesman sample/fabric details and discuss with development team to avoid protential problem;

2、Counter source on quotation and fabric in case decide move order to a new vendor eventually;

3、Discuss with Manager to choose the appropriate vendor for the final order placement;

4、Check gmt style by style and voice out the protential problem with Vendor;

5、Monitor Merchandiser to chase/follow up the order with vendor;

6、Check all approval items from supplier with Merchandiser;

7、Co-ordinate with account Dept.to open LC;

8、keep working the T&A calendar with merchandiser to make sure all shipment on time;

9、guide merchandiser how to follow up order and review production status weekly;

10、problem solving with vendor/mill/trim Dept.;

11、co-ordinate with QA Dept.for the smpl approval/measurement and fitting issue;

12、co-ordinate with shipping Dept.for the shipping schedule;\

13、guidemerchandiser to prioritize the work and finish their job within target.



Qualification:

1、Fluent in written English and good interpersonal ,strong communication skill in English;

2、Willing to work underpressure.

3、Minimun 2 years experience in Merchandasing,garment industry experience preferable.
