· Job Description
Amazon.cn is looking for an innovative and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and manage scalable marketing programs which attract customers to Amazon's offerings via affiliate partnership. As part of Amazon's Traffic (Marketing) organization, he or she will has chances to think and act big, exercising a bias for action coupled with thoughtful analysis. The right individual will take responsibility on developing associate key account, explore BD opportunity with the goal to expand Amazon associate business. The successful candidate should be a skilled negotiator, an enthusiastic problem solver and hands-on leader who can drive the team with strong sense of accountability to achieve the top goals.
Primary responsibility are:
- Drive traffic through Amazon affiliates program and achieve business target
- Manage affiliate program to recruit new affiliates and increase performance from existing affiliates through new or revised programs (including negotiation of affiliate partnerships, launch support, conversion tracking etc.)
- Expand, groom and retain existing affiliates via Amazon proprietary tools
- Work with overseas affiliates team and technology team for project management
- Drive business recommendations based on the tracking and analysis of data
- Work closely with retail product teams to implement programs
- Assist to formulate business development strategy
· Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
- 4+ years of demonstrated career growth in marketing or business development
- 2+ years of experience working in online marketing.
- Track record of success in metrics-driven marketing program. (demonstrated financial results and impact)
- A highly results oriented, articulate, decisive, self-starter who energizes people around him/her
- Ability to learn new markets quickly, comfortable dealing with fast paced environments
- Strong analytical skills and experience with business modeling
- Good English writing and speaking.

- Experience driving marketing strategy with an emphasis on affiliate program is a plus but not necessary.
