Experience in handling larger testing programs accountable for all test deliverables at the program level.
Experience in end to end application testing lifecycle including participation in all levels of SDLC
Experience in working with various stakeholders including but not limited to Business Analyst, Development team, Change Management, Production Support, etc.,
Should have worked in Matrix organization and managed larger programs with resources working in multiple locations and time zones
Must have worked in more than one platform in the testing fraternity
Experience in strategizing and developing metrics program and show cased to top level management on weekly/Monthly intervals
Should have managed vendor resources directly
Experience in organization level audit programs and ensured compliance at all company processes
Good understanding of technology, product and associated architectural challenges
Acts as Single Point of contact and Accountable for all Test Deliverables at the Program Level
Accountable for Validating Inter dependencies between each project within the program
Develop Holistic Schedule to ensure the Code Availability and Project Dependencies are met
Employ Optimized Test methodologies to ensure QA Delivers High Quality Work with in the Budget assigned
Point-of-Contact for communications between the Test team and Senior QA Management
Manage various levels (status calls, defect review sessions, Go/No-Go decisions) of communications between all stake holders.
Justify the decisions and provide adequate reporting information where applicable.
Identify Risk and Issues raised based on the Test Metrics and Develop Contingency Plans
Review the Test Plan/Test Specification/Test Script for each project within the program
Review Change requests and Reporting Templates
Responsible for Mentoring the entire Test team and ensure all the Training needs are met
Partner with the Project Team to ensure Test team is aligned completely to meet the Goals of the Project
Conduct Process and Security Compliance Audit to ensure all Procedures are met.
Develop Program Level Test plan which covers all the Holistic view of all the Projects
Responsible for Analyzing and reviewing the Upstream and Downstream Dependencies of the program.
Coordinate with the Operations team to analyze the environmental challenges and existing production impacts.
Plan for effort estimation, schedule preparation for integrated testing across multiple projects within the program.
Review the Estimate & Schedule for each project and for the overall. Update the program level test scope and estimates.
Responsible for managing resource requirements identification of test resources with appropriate skill set to ensure that the project is delivered with the higher standards set by the Factory Organization.
Responsible for ensuring Test Team meets schedule as per the Work Break Down structure
Understanding of Six Sigma
Experience in Treasury Management or Payments Service platforms
Work Experience in a larger financial organization
Experience in handling test automation and performance testing project teams
