Responsibilities:
?服务项目销售机会的确认与管理，对业务目标负责。
?To accomplish the business target; identify and manage sales opportunities of service projects.
?独立对全年销售指标负责, 能把销售指标分解到季度及月并按时完成.
?Break down the business target into quarterly / monthly and accomplish the target independently
?和用户沟通，提交服务方案及报价，对报价进行管理。
?Communicate with users; present service solution and offer the quotation to users. Process the management of the quotation.
?销售机会的积极寻找及管理。
?Actively search the sales opportunities.
?服务项目的谈判以及合同签署
?To be responsible for negotiating and signing service contracts.
?帮助最终用户解决问题，以维持和加强用户的满意度和忠诚度。
?Help users to resolve problems to maintain and enhance the satisfaction and loyalty of users.
?确保服务合同得以有效管理和实施
?Make sure the service projects will be implemented effectively.
Qualifications:
?Degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
?Several years of professional experience in sales of technical products and services
?Customer knowledge from the automobile industry and its suppliers
?Fluent in spoken and written technical English. Understanding of German will be a plus
Knowledge of MS Office, ERP
