职位描述
Responsibilities:
Manage SQE team for Schuler China include:
1. Develop supplier management strategies for Schuler China to ensure sustainable vendor development, deliver them to the suppliers and monitor the implementation.
2. Manage a team accross affiliates, create a sustainable working process in the team.
3. Responsible for ensuring the product quality aligned to Schuler corporate goals, coordinating the product quality activities between Schuler China and Schuler Germany, purchasing and quality departments with suppliers.
4. Conduct periodic supplier quality review meetings to motivate and sustain quality level as defined.
5. Assure quality and production procedure audits at suppliers.
6. Assure technical support to supplier and training of supplier to understand Schuler's product and specification.
7. Assure supervision of the production process from start-up activities to closure and resolution of potential risk related to quality or timely delivery.
8. Lead repairing process for defect parts and coordinate/implement effective and timely resolutions.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in mechanical or Electrical engineering or similar
2. At least 10 years working experience in manufacturing, quality of SQE in heavy machinery industry, with at least 5 years management experience.
3. Fluent spoken and writing ability of English. German speaking to be considered with priority.
4. Able create and implement team strategy aligned with the company goals

2. Self-starter type of individual, able to multi-task and still be effective
