职位：设备设计工程师/Equipment Design Engineer
汇报：设备部经理

岗位职责：
1、负责机械设备产品的结构原理设计与工装研发，包括方案设计、详细绘图和机加工控制，对研发的项目进行技术验证，并具有一定的设备装配和调试的动手能力
2、负责设备的机体及其零部件的设计及对现有设备产品的机体及零部件的设计改进
3、负责试产过程中结构方面问题的解决，参与解决项目开发过程中出现的其它技术问题
4、建立与机械设备产品有关的技术规范和标准，实施培训和督导
5、部门精益项目
6、对分配的设备从设计到投产全面负责管理和协调

技术或专业背景：
1、设备设计专业毕业，本科学历，工程师及以上职称者优先；
2、具有3年以上的现场工作经验，有制造业经验者优先
3、具备独立设计机械设备的工作能力，了解并能够运用国家和国际的行业工程技术标准、规范。能够对设计图纸进行校对和独立完成设计工作
4、英语听/说/读/写流利
5、能熟练应用各种办公软件，如AUTOCAD、WORD、EXCEL等
6、有项目管理经验优先
7、会SOLIDWORKS或其他类似工程三维软件设计

3、可以很好地与团队工作
4、有良好的沟通力
