Job Title: Sports Marketing Supervisor

Report to: Brand Marketing Manager-Wilson, China

Main Responsibility:

- Strategically utilize sports assets and grass roots events to associate with Wilson’s brand and products.
- Manages product and service plans and leads team to provide best service to assets including tour players, coaches & tennis club etc.
- Work with brand manager to develop sports marketing plan/strategy & budget plan in China.
- Lead sports marketing team to execute precisely the sports marketing strategy as it relates to the overall marketing plan.
- Develops specific programs to activate the assets and to drive the brand & business.
- Manages the execution, monitor and report of all programs/events including national tennis event, grass roots event, coach program & trade show etc.
- Maximizes and follows the exact plan of the sports marketing budget according to the execution of the sports marketing strategy developed in coordination with the brand manager.
- Develops the procedures to control, track the distribution and manage inventory of promotional products.
- Generates a high level of teamwork between regional team, provide guideline & support to regional marketing activity.

Needed Competencies:

- Strong Sports Marketing background with knowledge on sports assets exploring & maintenance.
- Experience in sports event planning, execution & results tracking, strong integration ability to help to drive business to retail.
- Closely work with Sales and Marketing team members, and interacts with all departments.
- Proficient in English, communication skill, target oriented, high execution ability are important factors in daily work of this position

Education:

University degree or above

Needed working experience:

- More than 3 years similar experience in Marketing/Event Management
- Good understanding of sports business is a plus
