Job Title: Business Analyst

Report to: Finance & Operations Director, APAC

Main Responsiblity:

- Provide support on financial reporting and analysis
- Provide support on sales performance/business analysis using BI tool. To define and publish reports on timely basis.
- Consolidate and review all financial results (Weekly Sales, Estimates, Actual, Budget, Forecast, Strategic Plan)
- Ensure the accurate and timely production and dissemination of periodic reports as required
- Provide support in the evaluation of financial implications of operating results, financial resources (working capital) and business development plans
- To work and define with users on generating key performance reports using BI tools
- To provide these reports and published on a timely basis. To train users a simple way to read and analysis data.
- To harmonize reports between brands and countries and actively drive integration and alignment in the region

Needed competencies:

- Expertise in financial analytical skills, data management and analysis
- Sufficient accounting knowledge and experience to effectively adapt to the whole process of financial reporting for complex business operations
- Knowledge of IT software, BI Tool, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to manage and prioritize conflicting demands and deadlines
- Written and spoken English

Education:

Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance/Economics will be a plus

Needed working experience:

More than 3 years working experience in Finance and data management
