Responsibilities
Documents preparation and filing; make sure all documents are updated;
Organize meeting and arrange for the travelling including flight/train and hotel booking for staffs;
Keep regular contacting with seafarers and input update information in system ;
Coordinate with local agencies and other parties for any crew issues;
Other assistant jobs assigned by Crew Representative
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
At least three years working experience in administrative or relevant field ;
Knowledge of shipping industry is preferred;
High level of written and spoken English;
Good interpersonal communication skills
