Position Title: Business HR Manager/Supervisor

Report to: Associate HR Director

Location: Guangzhou

Responsibilities:

· Serve as key business HR partner to the business unit and act as a key contributor of the business’s decision making process

· Develop effective relationships with Directors, managers and teams

· Partner with HR colleagues in COEs and shared services to effectively deliver HR services

· Be a technical expert in the delivery of HR Programs/Services in performance management, employee relationships management etc

· Implement recruitment plan and select right persons to fill the open posts

· Implement people training, development and retention plans

· Deliver manpower and succession plan through Organization Inventory Program

· Implement and manage policies / procedures to ensure compliance in all areas of HR

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree

· 5 years or above Human Resources experience, 2 years in a generalist role

· Sales force management experience is a plus

· Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated and can work under pressure

· Able to generate innovative HR solutions

· Good command of English in speaking and writing
