Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

• In charge of Maintenance, setup, and process development of wave soldering station. • Manage spare parts and repair wave-soldering machine to control down time within target. • Train technicians / junior engineer to develop team expertise and build pipelines. • Work with vendor to design fixtures and fully maintain solder pallets in good condition; • Involve in NPI and DFM review to improve manufacturability of new codes. • Reduce defects rate of wave-soldering process to approach word class level and meet both internal / external customer expectations. • Run DOE to improve soldering process capability. • EHS compliance with GE requirement. • Ensure Lead and Lead-free segregation at wave-soldering.

Qualifications/Requirements

• With college or bachelor degree in Engineering or related major• With at least 5 years experiences in wave soldering manufacturing. • Master in AUTOCAD software.• Teamwork, self-driven and good engagement of work. • Good process knowledge and concept. • Be familiar with IPC610 standard.• Good English in written and speaking.
