JOB SUMMARY
Improve internal control environment through:
a.Performing internal audit engagements
b.Verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A.Internal Audit Engagements – Process & Accounting
?Perform process risk assessment to identify high risk areas
?Design audit program and lead team member to do audit field work
?Summarize and communicate audit findings, propose effective & practical solutions to rectify control weakness noted in the audit
?Prepare/review audit work papers and prepare the audit report
?Follow-up and verify the corrective actions with action owners
B.PwC Audit Issues Follow-up Audit
?Assist site in preparation for PwC audit
?Attend PwC audit close meeting to assist site to identify root cause and setup effective corrective actions
?Design audit programs and conduct audits to verify site’s corrective actions
?Prepare/review audit work papers and prepare the audit report
C.Finance policies and procedures
?Assist Finance team in policy updates according to Accounting Standards and company practice
D.Ad-hoc investigations or specific audits as directed by top management

REQUIREMENT
A.Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or being a Certified Public Account (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA),
B.6 ~ 8 years of internal & external audit experiences in audit firms or MNC companies, focusing on the audits of manufacturing industry
C.At least 4 years experiences in audit firms;
D.Exposure to risk-based auditing, risk management and internal investigation is preferred.
