Accountabilities:
1.Provide high quality service to overseas HR in:
- Staff record capturing and data maintenance in HCMS
- Organizational Chart updates
- e-Learning management and training record maintenance
- Job posting in both internal and external website
- Administration support
- Reports analysis
2.Standardize HR practice according to corporate guidelines.
3.Help HR to understand system, guide policies and other corporate initiatives.
4.Collaborate with other CADM teams in daily work.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree holder.
2.Good command of both oral and written English is a MUST.
3.Advanced level in MS Applications, and basic knowledge of InfoNet-2 will be valued.
4.A fast learner with self-learning ability, has drive to keep abreast of new concept and knowledge.
5.Customer-focused and has strong sense of responsibility.
6.Self-motivated, have good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure independently.
7.Must be a team player.
