Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

Deliver on assigned sales target;
 Develop new distributors and key end users to increase sales
 Manage and support current distributors and their orders.
 Find and initiate valuable panel builders in different verticals.
 Establish the relationship with local PSB (Power Substation Company) and PSB subsidiary panel builders.
 Keep good relationship with design institutes and consultants.
 Collect and report market information.
 Participate in initiating regional and the distributors selling strategy.
 完成销售指标任务；
 发展新的经销商与重要的终端客户
 管理并支持现有的经销商
 发展有价值的行业盘柜厂
 与当地供电局以及三产盘柜厂建立良好的关系
 与设计院和顾问公司保持良好的关系
 收集并汇报市场信息
 参与制定所辖区域与代理商的销售策略

Qualifications/Requirements

 Bachelor degree or above, major in power utility, automation and electrical engineering, or relevant.
 At least 18 months or above industry products sales experience.
 Strong project management skill and customer influence skill.
 Proven ability to sell MV/LV switchgear and component in projects directly and Indirectly
 Good communication skill and clear thinker.
 High self-motivation and strong sales ability.
 Good reading and written English.
 Willing to travel frequently in China.

 具备中低压电气成套设备与元器件直销和渠道销售能力

 适应频繁的国内差旅
