Joe Title : Security Manager, Loss prevention- DM 380506
Location : Doumen, Zhuhai

Duties & Responsibilities
PURPOSE:
The LPM must be a self starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple issues simultaneously. The LPM will demonstrate the highest levels of personal conduct, ethical behavior and confidential information protection. The LPM will have significant experience in the principles of loss prevention to include access control, CCTV, alarm systems and protection of personnel, assets and intellectual property. The LPM needs to oversee/management of the outsource security team performance & discipline through weekly review. The LPM is also responsibility for security performance KPI/KOI (need to be identified by Campus Security Director)
Additionally, the LPM should have investigative expertise in conducting internal and external confidential investigations across a wide range of issues and knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to investigations in China.

1. As assigned, schedule and perform audits LP/PS/SCS audits for all Campus operations:
？ Identify and document process and system gaps
？ Propose corrective action initiatives
？ Participate in audit reviews to management
？ Document completed audit activity
？ Document corrective action schedule and track through Campus Loss Prevention Director, Zhuhai
2. Support the Campus in development and execution of loss prevention and physical security processes in compliance with MGLPPS and customer security requirements
3. Act as subject matter expert for physical security systems, provide support and guidance to Campus on operation and acquisition of access control, alarm, closed circuit video and exit screening systems
4. In support of Segments and NPP team, participate in development and implementation in meeting the customer audit requirements. Identify and propose cost reduction opportunities
5. Support the Segments in their NPI processes on all the security related issues.

Requirements
1. 4-year degree in business, criminal justice or a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
2. Minimum 5-years of relevant experience within a large organization, preferably within the OEM/EMS manufacturing or logistics environment and/or law enforcement
3. Understanding of security operations, systems and the loss prevention and physical security principles specific to the hi-tech and general manufacturing industries
4. Understanding of supply chains to include materials, procurement and inventory control methodologies
5. Experienced in performing process audits, comparing practices against standards
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document and articulate findings to all levels of management
7. Bi-lingual Chinese/English preferred
8. Able to develop value-add corrective actions/recommendations in support of findings
9. Demonstrated investigative experience with emphasis on fraud and theft
10. Understanding of criminal laws and prosecuting methodology with the ability to document and present investigative findings to law enforcement agencies and management
11. Effective at developing internal and external liaisons with law enforcement, regulatory agency representatives and customer/industry peers
12. Computer literate with strong end user skills and proficiency in the MS Office suite
13. Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) credentials a plus
