DUTY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supplier quality audit;
o Evaluate the new supplier based on ISO 9001 and WILO's criteria;
o Process audit of series production;
o Follow up audit after quality claims;
o Regular audit to current supplier for continual improvements;
2. Developing and validation of the new parts;
o Review the technical requirement with WILO internal departments;
o Drawing review with supplier to clarify the quality requirements;
o Review the inspection report on the initial samples;
o Check the PPAP documents form the suppliers;
o Support the colleagues in European factory during validation process;
o Validate the new parts for WCN with buyer and R&D engineer;
3. Quality control for series delivery
o Define the Incoming Inspection Instruction (III) for WCN IQC;
o Support CQC to find the solution in case of quality problems in WCN IQC;
o Define the delivery control level for PBU and create the related Outgoing Inspection Instruction (OII);
o Check the quality report or conduct on-site inspection before delivery to PBU;
o Communicate the quality issue concerned to delivery with PBU colleagues
4. Communicate with supplier on quality claims and 8D report;
o Manage the WCN complaint report to supplier from incoming quality
control, production, after-sales service or other internal departments;
o Mange the PBU quality issues related to Chinese suppliers;
o Communicate with suppliers on quality claims and 8D report;
o Close the quality claims efficiently and effectively;　
5. Regular follow up
o Follow up the scoring results for China suppliers' performance;
o Plan and implement the product audit (including material check) and follow up the corrective actions in case of nonconformity;
6. Create the strategic cooperation relationship with suppliers and develop the
supplier improvement program.
EXPERIENCE:
University education in mechanical/electrical engineering.
At least 3 years experience as quality engineer in a manufacturing company.
Knowledge of ISO9001, TS16949 preferred;
Familiar with quality management tools : SPC, FMEA, CPK, PDCA, 8D, etc...
Language : English (fluent spoken & written).
Computer: Word, Excel, PPT.

Be able to work under a dynamic environment;
Able to travel frequently.
