工作职责：
Main Task:

1、负责组织公司内部泵类产品的测试工作。
Organizing the pump test project.
2、管理测试设备，维护测试台正常运行。
Managing and maintaining the test equipment, keeping the test bench in good condition.
3、制定和健全测试台操作管理规程。
Formulating test operation and operation rules.
4、管理测试团队。
Managing the test team.
5、集团内部测试技术沟通、协作。
Technical communication and cooperation within WILO Group.


要求：
Work experience and skill

1、大学本科以上工科学历，流体机械专业优先。
Bachelor degree in mechanical, fluid machine object is a plus.
2、5年以上工作经验。不少于2年的泵类产品测试经验。
Above 5 years experience and 2 years work experience of pump testing.
3、能独立设计符合标准的泵类产品测试系统。
Be able to design the standard pump test system individually.
4、优秀的沟通、协调和人际亲和能力。
Proven communication (written and oral), coordination and interpersonal skills.
5、较好的英语听、说、写能力。
English language at negotiation level both spoken and written.
6、能熟练使用Office 办公软件。
Experienced user of Microsoft Office programs
