Currently GTIN China seeks consultant level professionals with consulting, or industrial experience in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) areas.

• Leading LSS projects at client site to achieve the desired business results
• Collaborate with process owners and process leads to create a culture that creates better decision making by applying LSS methods and tools
• Lead, coach, train and mentor client teams in the use of LSS tools and processes and assist them in solving complex process problems
• Train and mentor Green Belts throughout the organization providing guidance and direction
• Developing Business Process Architectures to support business strategies and objectives
• Supporting Business process design, implementation and improvement initiatives Designing
  end to end, current state and future state process flows
• Gathering requirements, documenting process flows and facilitating workshops in support
  of business transformation, SAP, and Oracle projects
• Business Process related KPI development and benchmarking

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree, good oral and written English, and PowerPoint & Excel skills.
• 4-7 years of consulting or industrial experience
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt certified
• Strong industry and functional experience in Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Manufacturing, Supply Chain experience desired
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with expertise in LSS techniques
• Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and
  teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management, from office workers to “C” level executives.
• Can mentor or lead junior team members on a project Maintain good relationships with clients, project PMs and promote GTIN

Desired Skills & Experience

• Science and technology undergraduate degrees
• Oversea or MNC working experience
• Mandarin, Japanese and Korean / English bi-lingual abilities.
