Job Responsibilities
1. Supervise Project Admin
2. Authorise Payment
3. Check PMC and PMO inovices prepared by Project Admin
4. Local Check Signatory
5. Custodian of Finance and other company seals
6. Liaise with banks and government bureaus
7. Support Finance in Shanghai
8. Check E-Expense claims, sign off and send to Shanghai for Account Payable
9. Collate inovices, PVs etc for Shangha AP
10.Bank reconciliation for local bank accounts-to be signd off by Finance Manager
11.Monthly/quaterly/half yearly/yearly filings to the relevant government bureau, eg: tax, commercial and statisticas
12.Local banking and treasury matters including bank-in collection, etc
13.Custodian of branches' fapiao systems and generate fapiao to be attached to pro-forma invoices
14.Reviews the branch accounts after finance Shanghai completes and report bac to FM

Requirement:
1. College degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance, business and administration or similar
2. Good written and spoken Englsh
3. Experience in dealing wth bank related matters an tax declaration
4. Familiar with MS office applications, espeically EXCEL and WORD
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Good working attitude, self-motivated and team work spirit
