工作职责:

?承担财务领导人的职责，建立一个快速，盈利增长在区域达成的环境。协调和确保每天财务运营的完整性
?区域财务控制，批复，支持日常业务控制流程
?在总部信控经理的管理下，承担区域财务控制的职责
- 协调非保准合同条款的信控批复
- 在货物到达之前提前信控核查
- 同地域业务团队管理AR
?在总部财务监督下在区域内负责财务控制、财务预测及分析，



任职要求：
?财务相关专业本科及以上学历；
?五年以上财务及管理岗位经验，具有独立管理商业项目经验者优先；
?较强的信用、控制理念；
?具备较强的商业伙伴及支持区域业务发展的
?以结果为导向的工作态度和能力
?良好的沟通技巧，以及熟练运用英文写作和英文口语沟通能力


Roles and Responsibilities:

? Take the full responsibility of a finance leader to create an environment where rapid, profitable growth is achieved in the regions. Work with regional directors and assist the senior leaders of China distribution organization in strategic and operational decision-making in the regions. Coordinate and assure the integrity of the day-to-day financial operations.
? Take the lead of regional finance controls & approvals, support daily business control process and report to China distribution finance manager, functionally to regional GM.

? Under the supervision of HQ credit manager and take the full responsibility of regional credit control, including:
- Coordinate credit approval on non-standard contract terms
- Credit check before goods delivery / service rendered
- Work with regional business team and follow up timely collection of accounts receivables
? Under the supervision of HQ finance control & accounting manager and take the full responsibility of compliance at regional level, including:
- Accomplish proper and accurate recording, measuring and reporting of operations & transactions, assets and liabilities of the region in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, company policies and procedures and UTC policies and procedures.
- Lead the follow up of any outstanding accounting issues/ corrective actions with regional business leaders.
- Handel external statutory audits and internal audit checks of the responsible branch offices/ rep offices, making sure restrict implementation of finance control requirements and full compliance at regional level.
- Manage local bank relationship & taxation
? Under the supervision of HQ finance planning & analysis and be actively involved in:
- Annual business & finance plan for China distribution business units
- Monthly update of business forecast
- Tracking of monthly performance of the region and rational of any variance from business perspective
- Other necessary support in daily finance analysis work

? Supervise the subordinator to accomplish assigned tasks

Requirements & Qualifications

? Bachelor degree in finance related majors
? > 5 yr working experience in finance, experience of general finance leader of a small business is preferred.
? Strong sense of control in both credit and accounting
? Strong sense of being a “business partner” to support regional business grow appropriately and rapidly
? Result oriented and very hands on to fix problems.
? Sound leadership
? Good communication skill in Chinese, good English writing skills and fair capability of oral communication in English.
