职位描述
Purpose & responsibilities of the position:
?To produce all necessary management reports and analysis to NAS MET member and other stakeholders
？Produce monthly management reports with in-depth explanation in timely manner on branch/cluster/country/NAS level, which include but not limited to:
1)NAS SCM / OCE / AIR volume report
2)NAS product P/L – SCM / OCE / AIR / CL
3)NAS productivity report
4)NAS sales performance relative reports
5)NAS working capital report
6)NAS OCE development reports, such as margin, top clients, BOB etc
7)NAS HC report
？To coordinate budget process in NAS and provide consolidated budget / rolling budget (FYE) results with value-added analysis;
？Be really engaged in the business, truly understand the business needs, and provide other appropriate support and analysis to assist in pursuing strategic business goal;
？Drive finance knowledge/awareness to business managers;
？Reconcile HFM report with FACT report and ensure correct financial result;
?To drive for financial report transparency for product SCM / OCE / CL in DAMCO NAS
？To drive the overall operational process including the way of transaction data entering into FACT, through which to ensure the high quality of raw data as solid foundation of financial transparency.
？To provide the sustainable level of visibility of product business performance to business managers.
?Measure all NAS MET member and branch manager’s business and financial performance
？Involve and support NAS MET scorecard set up on financial part, provide visibility on target
？Coordinate all relative parties, such as FIN, HR, Commercial, Corp product, etc to collect all data for MET / Branch Manager scorecard preparation
？Provide scorecard result to MET with analysis
?To guide cluster and branch business supporting finance on NAS reporting principle/guidelines and procedures
？To develop, maintain, and optimize standard reporting templates, including but not limited to volume report, PnL, rolling budget and static budget review reports etc., and promote to local business supporting finance to follow up.
？To review all business related assumptions with corporate BU and ensure their reasonableness.
？To review, propose and optimize the month end accrual procedures
？To supervise NAS PE, rolling budget and static budget process running in local, and ensure timetable will be strictly followed up with high data quality results.
?Constantly review and understand the expectations and requirements from stakeholders of performance management to ensure customer satisfaction
?Be deputy of PM team manager to coordinate and drive team performance
?Be an active member of NASLOGFIN to provide added value on business supporter from finance perspective
Specific requirements for the position:
?Solid knowledge of MLOG products and their income and cost drivers
?Solid finance background
?Ability to react proactively and with creative problem solving suggestions
?Strong analytical skills
?Focus on quality with limited use of time
?Strong communication skills
?Independent and self motivated
?Fluent in both written and spoken English.
?Good PC and Micro software skills.
