Position:Station Manager(Chengdu)
Package is base salary around RMB10K before tax each month plus incentive based on both his/her performance and the whole station’s performance.
Below are qualifications on this position.
-She or he must have own controlled business to switch it to our company;
- More than 8 years global forwarding experience and at least three years experience on sales manager position in shipping and freight forwarding industry;
- Aggressive and hardworking
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Be able to work with and lead his/her team to achieve agreed target
- Be familiar with local market
- Good connection in shipping and freight forwarding industry
Job profile is as below:
-Chengdu Sales team recruitment and office management;
- Team building and training;
- Lead sales team to achieve budget numbers;
- In conjunction with company existing product lines, develop local air
and ocean products in order to support sales team’s long term growth
- Develop local market and local clients;
- A/R and credit control;
- Work with other On Time office to generate sales leads and follow up potential clients;
