Responsibility:
1. Develop appropriate recruitment channels for each employee level, improve recruitment efficiency.
对不同的岗位级别选择合适的招聘渠道，提高招聘效率。
2. Screen resumes and perform first round selection. Coordinate interview arrangement.
收集简历并完成初选，合理安排面试。
3. Develop training master plan, conduct training implementation through whole company.
完成培训计划的制定并监督培训计划的实施。
4. Assist in employee relationship improvement through proper communication & activities
能够与各阶层员工沟通，协调各部门及员工间关系。


Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree
学士学位，
2. Three years or above experience in recruitment, in MNC preferred.
3年左右招聘经验，有跨国公司工作经验优先，
3. Strong interpersonal skill, can communicate with all levels in the company
有较强的人际关系技巧，可以与公司各阶层员工沟通，
4. Willing to pursue career development, able to work under pressure.
能够在压力下工作，
5. Good at English reading & writing, verbal skill preferred.
有较好的英文读写能力，口语较好者优先。
