Job TITLE/TYPE: Bidding coordinator
Function: Marketing Report to: Pricing Manager
Description:
This role is responsible for auditing consistency between quotation and signed contract, involving in contract management (T & C verification part), supporting quotation and margin analysis for regular biddings from sales force and optimizing quotation and approval process. In the meanwhile, the role will closely co-work with Pricing Analyst to support each other;
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1. Regular L-T leasing bidding support for sales force;
2. Verify Term & Conditions of signed contracts, try to set up precaution to prevent potential risk and advise solution to improve company' benefits in the contract terms.
3. Procedure coordination, try to facilitate and smooth all kinds of procedure related with pricing
4. Intimate L-T leasing business in car-rental industry. try to get competitors' pricing info (B2B or B2C) from multi-channel sources and follow up their status;
5. Support of L-T leasing pricing model development;
6. Ad-hoc initiated by Pricing Manager;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance or related;
2. 1-2 years experience in pricing, marketing, finance or a related field is preferred;
3. Demonstrated analytical and statistical problem solving skills ;
4. Data sensitive, strong business acumen, good at Excel;
5. Proactive, patient, responsible;
6. Automobile, Airline, Hotel industries' background is preferred;
