Main responsibilities:
1. 产品规划
根据产品线整体市场情况和竞争态势，结合公司战略和能力，制定产品线业务规划，确保产品线长期稳定发展
2. 产品开发
根据产品线路标规划，结合市场、技术发展情况和资源能力，组织制定年度产品开发计划，并确保计划的实现
3. 产品生命周期管理
监控产品市场表现，组织制定应对策略，并及时落实IPMT的各项决策
4. 团队管理
建立跨部门团队，通过绩效管理，团队激励等手段，提升团队绩效
5. 其他
完成上级交办的其他工作
Requirements:
1.行业经验：
了解电动工具行业的发展历史，掌握国内外政策和环境对行业发展前景的影响，了解本行业内产品线的状况，并可对行业发展方向进行预判。
2.工作经验：
-拥有8年以上工作经验和5年以上的电动工具新产品相关工作经验（包括：定义、开发、销售、项目管理等）
-拥有3年以上的10人以上团队管理经验（包括部门管理、跨部门团队管理等）
3.项目经验：
-至少1年以上的市场开发和产品开发经验
4.培训经验：
接受过市场知识和产品开发知识培训
5. 学历：
本科及以上学历，专业不限
6.英语流利
