Job description
1. Implement the feasibility study for finance /engineer/quality /process/purchase/sales, prepare QD-174 for project expenditure.
2. Establish the project team to plan, execute and finalize the projects according to the defined customer timeline.
3. Cross-departmental planning for all functions involved to meet the project targets .
4. Establish communication routines among the project team, the customer and suppliers
5. Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure program progresses on schedule and within budget.
6. Use the change management process to maintain and improve program profitability
7. Prepare and handle of project documentation, contract and budget planning , reporting.
8. Make sure that all launch issues are resolved in a timely fashion
9. Review quality problems with engineering and directs action to correct defects.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree, mechanical/automotive related major
2. 3 years or above experience in related automotive industry as Project manager, Passenger car's experience will be plus.
3. Should be familiar with the project develop process, eg. Idea, Feasibility, Quotation, Product- & Process design, Product- & Process validation, Production transition each phase.
4. Should be familiar with the TS16949, such as APQP, PPAP, 8D etc.
5. Proactive and collaborative approach towards problem solving
6. Strong project management skills, experience and expertise ;
