JOB DESCRIPTION - NETWORK DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, HERTZ CHINA
A. Job title / Job code / Reporting to:
Network Development Manager, Hertz China. Reporting directly to Operation Director, China.
B. Job purpose (mission or "raison d'être")
The key responsibilities and accountabilities for the incumbent are to:
? To implement the strategic dealership network plan:
? Management of regional representation process in China
? Number of dealers required to achieve planning volumes of each brand, by year.
? Opportunity for each territory.
? Location and form of representation
? Recruitment and selection of Dealers
? Manage the sign off process
? Investment and facility requirements.
? Dealer network is in line with HQ and representation guidelines.
? Manage the transition of the Dealer network.
? Develop and update China Dealer database and track competitor Dealer networks.
? Manage and lead staff to support Dealer investment decisions and business management.
? Promote and drive the Enterprise View by working with the entire team to promote cross-company efficiencies.
? Liaise with and support the timely flow of information to the management team.
? Management relevant agencies in support of established objectives and budgets.

Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree .MBA degree will be a solid plus
Professional Experience:
At least 5 years in network Field and two years working experience as a team leader within an MNC.
Knowledge:
? Good understanding of business management.
? Experienced in making strong presentations to critical, evaluative audiences like dealers.
? Business acumen to allow risk assessment and make reliable judgement calls.
? Proven team values and the ability to cooperate and get along in a team context.
? Strong financial control skills to manage and deliver on specific spending plans.
? Car rental or Automotive industry experience
? Experience with premium brands or products
? Self motivated, independent, able to take initiatives and drive change
? Ability to multitask and set priorities, with attention to details and accuracy
? Has customer-focused mindset, responsible, integrity, innovative and drive for result
Skills:
? Possesses good analytical skills, consumer and retail focused.
? Strong strategic planning, implementation and project management skill set.
? Effectively apply oral and written communication skills with English and Mandarin
? People management
? Leadership capability
? Good communication and coordination skills.
? Good in Microsoft office software's' practices
