Title: Sr. Application Engineer/Manager
Location: Suzhou Industrial Park
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop thin glass processing competences to meet future market need. 为满足将来市场需求开发薄玻璃加工方面的能力
2. Define specifications and provide samples to customers in Asia with speed and quality. 确定技术规格并且能够及时高质量的为客户提供相关样品
3. Maintain the operation of glass processing labs including equipment installation, training of technicians, making SOPs, etc. 维护玻璃加工实验室的运行，包括设备安装，人员培训，以及准备相关的操作规范
4. Technically consult and support sales and local customers to solve technical issues related to glass processing. 为区域销售人员和客户提供相关的技术资讯及支持
5. Develop new solution for fit the requirement of projects and products. 为相关项目及产品开发新的加工方案
6. Prepare technical reports and presentations for relevant projects. 针对相关项目准备技术报告。
Experience and Competencies
1. University degree or above in Optics, Materials or Engineering 大学及以上学历，光学，材料，工程等专业
2. More than 5 years working experience in glass processing industry and familiar with processing technologies including CNC, cutting, polishing, screen printing，5年以上玻璃加工工业工作经历，熟悉数控机床，切割，抛光，丝网印刷等。
3. Preferred working experience in thin glass processing industry，薄玻璃加工行业工作经历优先考虑
4. Preferred working experience in international companies，国际公司工作经历优先考虑
5. Effective interpersonal communication skills 适当的交流能力
6. Be able to communicate in English 能用英文交流
7. Strong team spirit 团队合作精神
