Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

▪ Oversees production activities conformance to quality system requirements to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines and equipment.
负责车间总体管理，落实车间运作按照质量体系的要求，尽可能优化人力物力，保证最佳生产状态
▪ Manages equipments, ensures machinery and assembly workable as usual and gives improvement suggestions in aspect of engineering equipment.
负责车间设备管理，确保设备及工装能够正常运转，对工艺装备提出改进意见
▪ Responsible for material planning & purchasing to achieve the manufacturing plan
负责生产调度并确保生产计划的完成
▪ Guides correct operations to ensure the highest possible quality and aiming for zero defects.
指导操作人员正确操作以确保产品质量并争取实现不良品为零的目标
▪ Responsible for taking preventive measures to ensure production safety.
采取相应防护措施，确保安全生产
▪ Other tasks assigned by supervisor
其它由部门经理指派的工作

Qualifications/Requirements

▪ University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
大学本科毕业，机械工程系或相关专业
▪ At least five-year experiences in workshop management, and working in supervisor experience.
五年以上车间管理工作经验
▪ Capable of interpreting manufacturing drawings. 熟悉机械产品的生产工艺
▪ Has practical experience in the machining of mechanical parts.有机械产品的机加工实践经验
▪ Demonstrates good planning skills necessary to achieve the desired manufacturing targets.
熟悉机械设备的使用和维修并了解一般工艺装备的设计
▪ Mature, active and positive. Able to overcome difficulties and heavy working pressure
成熟，积极，主动的专业工作精神，并克服工作上的一切困难，能承受工作压力
▪ Effective Communication and good relationship with other colleagues
