Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

Lead welding team to running daily operations smoothly which comply with company procedure. Ensure the cladding are performed with meeting all procedures and technic specifications. Training and coach all welders on using of cladding equipment, tools correctly and obtain high level of 6S during daily operation. Keep safety operation and report & correct any unsafe behavior of employees. Prepare all necessary documents, records against cladding job timely. Work with maintenance department to keep all equipment in good conditions during daily operation. Instruct welders to conduct daily maintenance check correctly. Work with other department to continual improvement on cladding quality, efficiency . Responsible for strategy design of cladding station, including budget establish, man-power analysis Finish all other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements

High school or above Above 8 years of related working experience Honest, calm, responsible and good communication Mature, active and positive. Able to overcome difficulties and heavy working pressure Effective Communication and good relationship with other colleagues Honest, calm and responsible Has knowledge of welding valves or compress equipment is preferred.
