Position Title & Hierarchy:
Title: sales account manager
Report to: sales manager
Supervise: Sales GM
Job Summary & Responsibilities:
The sales account manager is within the sales department for Central China accounts and involves mostly developing existing and prospecting customers. This position is based on Suzhou, China, and reports to sales manager . Specific responsibilities include:
Maintaining existing account, if any, for sales activities, and involve with customer daily operation issue with related production floor and assist other Dept to cooperate with customer to get issue settle down.
Developing prospective potential customers in responsible region, and assist other territory within Central China as cross function.
Expertise in test equipments such as SPI, AOI, and X-Ray is plus
Coordinating with other Dept. for customer demands, includes principles, services, spares, and logistics. In order to achieve personal goal and company goal.
Discipline on reporting system, which include weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
Cooperate with team’s sales assistant for routine business requirement
Define strategy of individual project from different aspects, such as resources planning, team coordinating, especially for those with purchasing potential customers
Position Qualifications:
Age Limitation: age 30-35
Gender: No (prefer Lady Mom)
Relevant Experience/Qualification:
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 5 years experience as sales account manager. 3 years minimum with international accounts
Thorough knowledge of SMT process, equipment, and shop floor control
English/Mandarin skills – Fluent written and verbal communications, Dialect or other languages are plus.
A minimum of 3 years experience using MS office, other SW capability is plus.
SMT related certificate is plus
Ability to successfully track and manage multiple tasks
Work accuracy and completeness is critical
Team player is must.
Willingness of travel and job location change.
