- For our Global Share Service we are looking for a DC BA Commercial Officer at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
Mission
- Execution of GSS GO DC-BA commercial processes (budgeting, costing, pricing, savings) and contributing to projects
- Analysis and reporting of commercial data
- Number of cost centers within GSS GO DC-BA

Contacts:
- GSS external: None.
- GSS internal: GSS GO DC-BA BA CON Head/ DC-BA BA Commercial Manager.

Responsibility (fully):
- GSS GO DC-BA BA Commercial Officer executes commercial topics within GSS GO DC-BA
- Support BA Commercial Manager and BA CON Head within GSS GO DC-BA in daily business with regards to commercial topics
- Responsible for daily commercial activities within GSS GO DC-BA (cost center controlling, reporting, budgeting, forecasting)

Compliance & Risk Management (fully):
- Ensure compliance of processes in own area of responsibility

Financials(fully):
- Execution of budget/forecast related activities within GSS GO DC-BA
- Execution of productivity management process (incl. reliable forecast, TOP+ reporting) within GSS GO DC-BA
- Invoicing / charging to internal / external customers

Customers (& Partners) (fully):
- Support of GSS GO DC-BA BA Commercial Manager

Processes(fully):
- Execute an effective cost center controlling
- Ensure efficiency in charging of GO DC-BA services to internal/external customers
- Execute a reliable financial forecasting, incl. data entry into the respective IT systems/tools
- Operate a reliable commercial information base for relevant GSS GO DC-BA management decisions

Knowledge:
Functional Expertise
- Finance – Controlling – Level 2 Grows practical knowledge
- Finance – Accounting – Level 2 Grows practical knowledge

Technology Fields & Business Methods
- Financial Management –Financial Controlling – Level 2 Grows practical knowledge in technology field / business method
- Financial Management –Productivity Management – Level 2 Grows practical knowledge in technology field / business method

Further Required Knowledge
- Good spoken and written English and preferably language of respective location

Fields of Experiences
Service Business
- Typically 1 to 3 years experience within controlling area or other commercial area.
Project management experience would be beneficial.

International Exposure
- No relevant

- Min. secondary education or comparable educational background.
