职位要求：
- Make sure to achieve annual quality goal of each product line(Customer events and customer return DPPM)
- Make sure well process quality control and monitoring.
- Identifying and monitoring the abnormal case, find the root cause and take actions and follow up the case;
- Solve customer complaints and do Failure Analysis for the failure samples;
- Identify and segregate the nonconforming products, follow-up nonconforming procedure;
- MSA for every key process’s gages;
- Internal process audit for normal process, pushing production improvement.
- Make sure good launch control for new product.

职位沟通要点：
- Bachelor degree in electron & engineer or related major;
- Above 5 years professional experience with test background
- Familiar with ISO9001 or TS16949,6σ,good computer operation skill
- Familiar with quality tools
- Be good at electronic technology, strong communication and self-study ability
- Good oral and written English skills
