Responsibility summary 职责概要:
Duty: Development of the assigned Industry in the assigned SE regions

- The Regional Industry Manager reports to the Regional Manager as well as to the Industry Manager and they are together Profit/Loss (P/L) responsible for the assigned Industry.

- In coordination with the Regional Manager and the assigned Industry Manager, the Regional Industry Manager develops the strategy for the assigned Industry in the assigned Region.

- The Regional Industry Manager is responsible to define the regional sales structure for the region.

Tasks and responsibilities任务和职责：
- Order intake, sales, gross margin, operating costs and profitability in the assigned region for the assigned industry

Marketing and sales development activities and development of customer relationship

- Sales strategy for projects bigger than 1 Mio EUR.
