Report to President

Overall responsibility:
- Full coordination of LSS activity within ATC (Operation and Sales Division)
- Identify projects, prioritize and decide on projects realization
- Control that LSS projects are well executed according to methodology.
- In charge of GB and BB certification
- Is leading a LSS department with full-time BBs
- Is leading a virtual LSS organization with part-time Champions, Black Belts and Green Belts
- Is leading 2 BB projects per year (High complexity / High savings for the company)
- Monitor KPI for LSS activity
- Define training plan for the entire company and own department.

Detailed activities:
- Organize project identification sessions (strategic brainstorming with management input)
- Organize projects selection with financial supporting data
- Review and validate the project charter (scope of the project)
- Coach the LSS team in accordance with the DMAIC methodology and Lean tools
- Check good application of Lean and Six Sigma tools, set-up regular meetings with BB and GB, meeting with champions and formal review at the end of each main phase (DM/AI/C)
- Lead own Black Belt projects which is having major impact on ATC bottom line.
- Define annual LSS training program and follow up on execution.

Competency and skills
- Fluent in English
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (alternatively: L6S BB with expertise in Lean tools and DMAIC methodology who wants to develop to a MBB)
- Strong process thinking and knowledge
- Communication skills with all level of people
- Self motivated and motivation provider
- Coach capabilities
- Ability to deal in a very multicultural environment (Chinese, finish, German, Austrian, French, British…)
- Strong leadership and excellent Team work skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to change the landscape thru persuasion and influence.
