Qualifications

The applicant for this job is expected to have the following qualifications as a minimal:

Bachelor's degree
CET Level 4
Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating system, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

Key Responsibilities

The applicant for this job is expected to undertake a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

Follows the standard operating procedures and the safety procedures as established by the company, where available, for all tasks he/she performs.
Schedules production works according to their respective capacities & steel availabilities, reserves available steels, updates the master schedule, and issues the production routers to the appropriate Kanban on a daily basis.
Coordinates with the dispatch personnel and/or service provider representatives for shipment and/or outsourced operations on a daily basis.
Monitors closely the availability (including but not limited to: reservation, consumption, purchasing and current stock level) of all steels used by the company; updates the master steel analysis and purchases unavailable steels, when needed, on a daily basis.
Reviews the master schedule with the production lead men & the production manager, and distributes the master schedule to designated personnel timely on a weekly basis.
Reviews the master steel analysis with the production manager and/or steel supplier representatives to setup/revise steel safety stocks and/or steel consignment activities on a bi-weekly basis.
Reviews and updates production capacities with the production lead men, the production manager and/or manufacturing engineers on a monthly basis.
Provides information/feedback to the external sales personnel when needed.
Provides assistance to the dispatch personnel when needed.
