Key Responsibilities工作职责 :
1.Responsible for managing overall work of department. 负责管理营销策划部门的全面工作,抓好本部门的全盘工作及人员管理工作
2.Make whole year sales strategy and target of the project, take charge of building brand management. 根据公司发展战略目标,制定项目(写字楼)全年的营销策略和目标,负责品牌的建设和塑造
3.Make promotion and advertising plan according to project, follow the implementation plan and promote accordingly. 根据项目(写字楼)年度营销策略制定年度活动推广计划以及广告宣传计划,根据计划安排具体落实方案并进行论证推进
4.Work out whole year marketing cost, media cost, decoration cost plan base on the annual sales target, strictly control the expenses. 根据年度营销目标制定全年营销活动费用、媒体费用、装饰费用的预算计划,且严格控制费用的支出
5.Organize and implement relevant management system, procedure in department, monitor and manage the execution of overall work. 组织制定和落实市场部各项工作管理制度、管理流程;监督管理本部门各项工作执行的情况,不断调整各项工作的管理进程
6.Make annual training plan, work plan, check and supervise the implementation of each plan, adjust the training content according to the business requirement, improve staff’s professional business skill. 制订部门年度培训计划、工作计划,督促、检查各种计划的贯彻实施,对本部门员工按照年度培训计划进行培训,并根据业务知识需要调整培训内容,提高员工的业务水平
7.Develop project annual business environment plan, supervise outside propaganda and improve image enhancement 制定项目(写字楼)全年商业环境的规划,监督管理对外宣传,不断提升项目的对外形象
8.Work out each advertising resource income standard, continues improve and manage advertising resource program, regularly check the advertising, promotional site, billboard, identification system,find problem and solve in time. 制定项目(写字楼)各项广告资源收入标准,并不断完善广告资源的规划及维护管理,对商场广告宣传、促销场地、广告牌、标识系统等的日常抽查,发现问题及时处理
9.Coordinate the relationship with the media and administration, responsible for the external image relations 协调与各媒体记者及行政的关系,负责项目(写字楼)对外形象关系事件的处理
10.Other assignment from leading manager. 完成上级领导交办的其他任务
Requirement 任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above 大学本科或以上学历
2.Minimum 5 years experience in advertising & promotion, or marketing of large shopping mall, department store or office building, or customer experience in A4. 具有五年以上的大型商场、百货或写字楼的企划部或市场部工作经验或4A广告公司客户经理经验
3.Good at art and literature, familiar with marketing promotion of office building. 良好的艺术及文学修养,掌握写字楼营销推广的技能
4.Be familiar with MS software.熟练操作MS办公软件
