职位描述

Responsibilities:

1. To achieve financial and operational targets (Optional – from other Business Units).

2. To promote growth of client franchise (Optional – from other Business Units).

3. To develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders, clients and all internal business

4. partners (Optional – from other Business Units).

5. Maintain and promote the Bank’s professional image in the market place particularly in market/internal relationships (Optional – from other Business Units).

6. To work collaboratively with other business units both in IMS and the broader bank to deliver shareholder value (Optional – from other Business Units).

7. Support and contribute a team oriented work environment that is enjoyable and rewarding for employees, and consistent with the underlying objectives of the business (Optional – from other Business Units).

8. To escalate any problems, issues or risks which could potentially have a significantly negative impact on any aspect of business operations, financial position or the level and quality of service provided to customers (Optional – from other Business Units).

9. To monitor daily activity so that unusual, abnormal or suspicious deals, trades or other business activities are identified and addressed quickly (Optional – from other Business Units).

10. To provide support in the management and analysis of ARO’s results to ensure the quality and integrity of ARO’s book.

11. To work as part of a team providing finance and planning support function, assisting in the planning / forecast / re-plan process as well as in daily general accounting function and the monthly management accounting process.


Requirements:

1.Bachelor or above, major in accounting or finance, Accounting Qualification Certificate.

2.2-3years working experience in MNC with good understanding of cost accounting principles, practices and procedures.

3.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Good English skills, both in written and spoken .

5.Analytical thinking, able to work independently.

6. Be initiative, energetic and able to work to meet tight deadlines.

7. Experience in working with SAP preferred
