This is a Contractor Role.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Carry out administrative activities for better quality within budget;

· Effective planning& coordination of appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for team leaders, related activities for visitors and internal team members are required;

· Support team leaders on business reviews;

· Provide drafting work when needed;

· Stationary management;

· Provide assistance to team members whenever necessary.

Qualifications Required:

· University graduate and relevant working experience

· Good command of oral and written English Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Knowledge and proven experience in Administration

· Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Work independently with team spirit Coordination & facilitation Cultural

· Familiar with AutoCAD

· Work proactive as a big team player, including work together with program leader Able to travel for team meeting

· Site visit if have Team connection point in Shanghai office Able to allocate Shanghai office resource to support team
