工作职责：

- 工作地址位于张江，但需要定期去南汇办公室。
- 向香港IT主管汇报事务。
- 能够迅速的对问题给予判断和解决，保持各项IT事务的更新近况，直到最终确认处理完成。
- 处理IMC职员各类IT问题和事务。
- 运用service desk系统管理和跟进IT事务的处理直至完成。
- 能够根据香港与荷兰总部的指示支持与跟进Service desk的各项要求并及时在上海本部进行操作。
- 负责管理和维护上海地区的各类IT设备，如电脑和机房设备，保证其稳定的运行状态。
- 能够按照指示完成电脑的安装和各类软件的安装。
- 按照日程完成数据备份。
- 支持IMC位于香港，广州，大连，青岛，天津，舟山的IT工作。
- 支持服务部门和项目部门的各项IT要求。
- 管理IT的各类书面文件，设备存货记录等。
- 出现紧急问题时能够迅速给出回应。

能力要求：

- 一年的IT行业工作经验，包括网络架构，硬件和操作系统；应届毕业生亦可。
- 熟悉微软，办公应用软件，黑莓和苹果产品。
- 需要具备一定英语书写能力，沟通力佳者优先。
- 有AutoCAD绘图经验优先。
- 在需要下能够出差至IMC其他城市的分部。
- 较强的团队合作精神和协作能力。
- 较强的故障处理技能以及能够跟进各项事宜进程的能力。


Responsibility of local IT support Shanghai :

- Located at Shanghai Zhangjiang and regular travelling to Nanhui
- Report to HKG IT supervisor
- Support and answer IMC users for IT issues, questions
- Quickly and accurately understand, diagnose and provide resolutions. Keep IMC users informed on request status and progress and update the cases. Close the cases upon confirmation with users
- Work on Service Desk System to manage IT issues and keep status up-to-date until case closed.
- Support and follow service desk team from HKG or Netherlands instructions and apply to Shanghai local accordingly
- Maintain and manage of local equipment, computer, etc. in good conditions.
- Setup computers or equipment with required software and hardware under instructions.
- Maintain data backup in schedule
- Support other IMC China offices HKG/GZ/DL/QD/TJ/ZS
- Support Service dept. and Project dept. IT question
- Maintain IT documentation, inventory records etc.
- Emergency support and response are required.

Requirement:

- 1 year working knowledge of IT; including networking, hardware, operating systems;fresh graduate is ok
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office Family, Blackberry, Apple iOS products.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and able to follow process and procedure.
- Knowledge on AutoCAD drawing is a plus
- Willing to travel to other IMC offices if necessary
- Good team work spirit and team player
- Speak/read/write English is must. Speak Cantonese is a plus.
