Responsibilities:

· Familiar and understand documentation management system.

· Support project team and vendor to do documentation handover including soft information and hard copy with drawing.

· Check and confirm all information is correct before archived.

· Do proper classification to all documentations and set up facility archive room with labeling.

· Develop training plan on documentation management system and provide training to related department.

· Support facility supervisor on PM system set up based on all related documentation.

· Support on SOP of equipment and machine and power system.

· Assist to set up maintenance system and spare part management system.

Essential:

1. College graduate
2. Good file management
3. Good communication skill

Preferred:

1. Own electric Engineer qualification or equivalent.
2. College education or above.
